THE PROCESS
At Nokic College Recruiting, the path to college tennis looks a little different depending on who you are. Whether you’re a player, coach, parent, or club, we’ve outlined clear steps tailored to your role. Below, you can see how the process works for you.

FOR clubs

Step 1: Partnership Discussion & Alignment
We start with an open conversation about your club’s vision, players, and values. The goal is to make sure our partnership fits naturally with your current programs and coaching philosophy.
Step 2: Agreement & Partnership Setup
Once both sides agree, we establish a simple partnership agreement outlining roles, expectations, and the referral structure. NCR offers a revenue percentage for each player referred through your club who starts our recruiting process — rewarding clubs that believe in our work and help spread opportunities for their players.

Step 3: Player Evaluation & Onboarding
We personally evaluate your club’s players who show interest in U.S. college tennis. Each player receives an honest assessment of their level, potential, and realistic college pathway. Clubs benefit by offering this as an added service to their members.
Step 4: Communication & Promotion
We work together to introduce the opportunity to your community — through info sessions, flyers, or short presentations. Everything is branded with both the club and NCR, so families see it as a trusted collaboration.

Step 5: Placement & Follow-Up
When players from your club begin the recruiting process, we keep your coaches informed throughout. Once placements happen, your club receives its agreed referral percentage and ongoing recognition for the partnership.
Step 6: Long-Term Relationship & growth
We continue to work with your club each season, updating you on new player placements and potential college partnerships. Our goal is to build lasting relationships where your club becomes known as a trusted source for college-bound athletes.
