Illuminated Stairs

THE PROCESS

At Nokic College Recruiting, the path to college tennis looks a little different depending on who you are. Whether you’re a player, coach, parent, or club, we’ve outlined clear steps tailored to your role. Below, you can see how the process works for you.

Tennis Player

FOR coaches

Dominik Koepfer - Tulane
Step 1: PLAYER INTRODUCTION

We personally reach out to you with detailed player profiles that match your program’s level, needs, and culture — not generic mass emails. Each player we share has already been evaluated for tennis level, academics, and character.

Step 2: Access to Player Profiles

You receive the player’s complete profile (bio, UTR/ITF results, GPA, video, contact info). All materials are pre-verified and easy to review, so you can quickly see if the player fits your roster.

Mayar Sherif - Pepperdine
Mackenzie McDonald - UCLA
Step 3: Communication & Follow-Up

If you’re interested, we coordinate the first contact and keep communication clear between you and the player. We make sure time zones, schedules, and expectations line up smoothly.

Step 4: Ongoing Updates

We keep you updated with any new match results, ranking changes, or academic updates so you always have current information during your recruiting cycle.

Danielle Collins - UVA
Cameron Norrie - TCU
Step 5: Support Through the Offer Process

We assist both sides in discussing scholarships, roster spots, and visits — helping to prevent misunderstandings and ensuring that all NCAA/NAIA rules are followed.

Step 6: Long-Term Relationship

Even after a player commits, we stay in touch to make future recruiting easier. We aim to build ongoing relationships with coaches so you can trust our evaluations and reach out again for future needs.

Diana Shnaider - NC State
